CoLRiC Assessors are largely drawn from senior professional staff in colleges; they are interested in improving Learning Resources Services, supporting their peer professionals and raising the profile of their profession.

- have current experience of managing Learning Resources in the post-16 Sector
- have experience of taking your own Service through a CoLRiC Peer Assessment
- can commit to around 8 days per year for training and assessments
