| Current professional challenges: | Value for money with declining budgets and prioritising workloads with fewer staff; keeping staff upskilled with new technologies |
| What are the top three issues all librarians need to address in order to provide proactive responsive provision? | Know your users; be creative with budgets, time and space; work closely with the curriculum to place yourselves at the centre. |
| Outside interests: | Love reading and baking/cooking – but not GBBO or Masterchef quality yet! Avid box set binger with The Walking Dead and Game of Thrones being particular favourites |
