What are the top three issues all librarians need to address in order to provide proactive responsive provision? Understand what you are trying to achieve and why; attend cross college meetings and tell them what your services are; know who you are supporting and provide training for your team to develop best practice
Outside interests: Reading, family, friends, but not necessarily in that order!
